If you love crispy, flavorful wings, these Herby Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings are a must-try. Packed with savory garlic, fresh herbs, and a rich parmesan coating, they’re perfect for game days, cookouts, or just an easy weeknight dinner. And the best part is the sauce is incredibly versatile. Use it on a wrap, for a salad, on a pizza, or make a killer chicken sandwich—this sauce does it all.

The key to getting that crispy bite without frying is drying the wings thoroughly before seasoning. Excess moisture prevents the skin from crisping, so pat them dry with paper towels first. Then, a light coating of cornstarch helps absorb any remaining moisture, creating a golden, crunchy texture on the grill. Cooking them over indirect heat at 375°F lets the fat render slowly, resulting in crispy, juicy wings.

The real magic happens when the wings come off the grill. A rich blend of garlic, fresh herbs, and parmesan cheese gets tossed with the hot wings, creating an irresistibly savory coating. The parmesan adds a salty, nutty depth, while the herbs bring a fresh, aromatic finish. Add in a little red pepper flake for the perfect little kick of spice.

These wings are fantastic on their own, but the sauce also works in so many other dishes. Use it in a wrap with a tortilla with crisp lettuce and a creamy dressing. Serve it in a warm tortilla with a chicken or shrimp. It’s perfect on a homemade pizza with mozzarella and more parmesan. It is great on a toasted bun with tomato, lettuce, and a grilled chicken breast. Toss some sauce with pasta and chicken for a quick and easy week night meal.
No matter how you serve them, or the sauce, these Herby Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings are packed with bold, savory flavors that’ll keep you coming back for more.
