Garlic aioli is a game-changer when it comes to elevating burgers, sandwiches, and roasted veggies! The addition of bourbon roasted garlic takes it to a whole new level. The combination of sweet, caramelized roasted garlic with the deep, smoky notes of bourbon create a rich, bold flavor that makes this aioli stand out. Whether you’re slathering it on a burger, using it as a dip for crispy fries, or drizzling it over grilled vegetables, this Bourbon Roasted Garlic Aioli is guaranteed to bring extra depth and character to your favorite dishes.

Roasting garlic is an incredible way to unlock its natural sweetness and mellow out its bite. However, slow-roasting it with bourbon adds a whole new layer of complexity. The garlic soaks up the bourbon as it softens. This creates a smooth, rich, slightly smoky flavor that blends beautifully into the creamy aioli. As it roasts, the cloves become golden and buttery, making them easy to squeeze out and mix into the sauce.

This aioli isn’t just for burgers, it’s a multi-purpose condiment that can enhance so many dishes. Spread it on a smash burger or a grilled chicken sandwich for a gourmet touch. Drizzle it over grilled asparagus, Brussels sprouts, or crispy potatoes. Use it as a dipping sauce for sweet potato fries, onion rings, or grilled shrimp. Add a bold, creamy element to grilled chicken or steak tacos.

Despite its complex flavor, this aioli is shockingly simple to make. When the bourbon roasted garlic is done, it only takes is a quick blend of ingredients to create a smooth, creamy sauce. Keep a jar in your fridge, and you’ll have a flavorful, homemade condiment ready to take any meal up a notch.
