The Mushroom Swiss Burger is a tried-and-true classic. With its rich, buttery mushrooms, melted Swiss cheese, and juicy beef patty, it’s a favorite for good reason. But what if you could take it to the next level? That’s where Bourbon Roasted Garlic Aioli comes in.
By adding this bold, smoky, and garlicky aioli to your burger, you’re layering in extra umami and depth of flavor that makes every bite unforgettable. The sweet, caramelized roasted garlic blends beautifully with the nutty Swiss cheese and earthy mushrooms, of course the hint of bourbon adds a subtle smokiness that ties it all together.

The key to this burger’s richness is the sautéed baby Bella mushrooms. Cooking them in butter, fresh thyme, and garlic enhances their natural savory flavor, making them the perfect topping for a juicy, grilled patty. And let’s not forget the bun—toasting it adds texture and helps it hold up to all those amazing toppings.

The Bourbon Roasted Garlic Aioli is what truly sets this burger apart. It adds a creamy, garlicky kick with a hint of bourbon sweetness that complements the rest of the ingredients without overpowering them. Slather it on the top bun for the perfect finishing touch.

If you have extra aioli, don’t let it go to waste! Additionally, it’s fantastic on grilled chicken or steak sandwiches. It certainly makes a perfect dip for crispy fries. Of course you can drizzle it over Brussels sprouts or potatoes for an extra kick.
