Champ’s Choice Elote Dip

Jump to Recipe

If there’s one dip that brings the bold, zesty flavors of street food straight to your tailgate or party, it’s Elote Dip. Inspired by classic Mexican street corn, this dip is creamy, tangy, and packed with just the right amount of heat. Whether you’re setting up a spread at the stadium or hosting a home-gating get-together, Champ’s Choice Elote Dip is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

What makes this dip stand out, it starts with sweet corn.  Grilled for extra smokiness if you have the time, mixed with a rich blend of mayo and sour cream. Fresh lime juice, jalapeños, red onion, and cilantro bring a punch of freshness, while cotija cheese adds a salty, nutty bite. And, of course, the MVP of the dip is Champ’s Choice Birria Style Blend, made in partnership with The Tailgate Foodie. This seasoning brings layers of smoky, savory, and slightly spicy flavors, giving the dip a deep, satisfying taste in every bite.

This dip is just as good served cold as it is hot. Let it chill in the fridge before serving, or warm it up for a creamy, melty twist. Pair it with tortilla chips or corn chips, and watch it disappear before halftime. Simple, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion, this is game-day snacking at its finest!

Whether you like it chilled or warmed up, this Champ’s Choice Elote Dip is an easy way to bring bold flavor to your next tailgate or party.
