This Champ’s Choice Honey Chicken is perfect for meal prep, tailgates, or weeknight dinners! Bold, sweet, and packed with flavor!

Ingredients


  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)

  • 2 teaspoons Champ’s Choice Birria Style Blend, plus extra as needed

  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Directions

  • Preheat your grill for direct cooking at approximately 400°F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, lime juice, and 2 teaspoons of Champ’s Choice seasoning.
  • Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 2 hours, up to 6 hours. (Avoid overnight marination due to the lime juice’s acidity.)
  • Once marinated, grill the chicken over direct heat at 400°F, flipping as needed, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
